Here's how to get a free Player's Rules Book. 8 LONDON CALLING The NCGA will head to Europe again, this time to England where members can tee it up at three Open venues. 10 BETTER TOGETHER The California Golf Association will begin running the California Women's Amateur and California Senior Women's Amateur in 2019. 11 CALENDAR The Weekenders John Stricklin (pictured left) and Abraham Attouleh were the big winners at the season-ending NCGA Weekend Net Tour Championship held Dec. 8-9 at Quail Lodge Resort and Poppy Hills Golf Course. Stricklin, a member of e-Club East Bay, won the championship title with a 36-hole score of 3-under 139. Attouleh, meanwhile, finished T-3 at the championship to claim 2018 Weekend Net Tour Player of the Year honors. The runner-up in last year's standings, Attouleh, a member of e-Club Central Valley, finished the season with 6,955 points.
