E Q U I P M E N T F O R U M NEW FOR '19 1 2 Our man on the scene did the heavy lifting and miles of heavy walking at the PGA Merchandise Show, selecting eight new items for '19 BY ERIK MATUSZEWSKI C omfortable shoes are an absolute must at the annual PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando. There is almost one million square feet of interactive exhibit and demonstration space at the cavernous Orange County Convention Center, where those of us who work within the golf industry gather each year to discover the latest and greatest in golf equipment, technology, apparel, accessories and so much more. While there are golf shows in almost every major market in the country, the PGA Show is the industry's biggest trade-only event – one that's closed to the general public. I spent three days walking the aisles, visiting countless booths (more than 1,000 companies and brands were in attendance), and talking to insiders.
