XXXXX XXXX WHERE ARE THEY NOW? Then & Now A round this time last year, all eyes were on Yealimi Noh, who went on to claim the U.S. Girls' Junior Championship at Poppy Hills with a 4 and 3 finals victory over Alexa Pano. It was all part of what would become the summer of Noh, as the Concord resident also won the Girls Junior PGA Championship (shooting a record 24-under par) and the Canadian Women's Amateur. So what is Noh up to now? Having turned professional at the end of 2018, Noh recently left an impression at July's Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic, finishing T-6 at 23-under 265 (63-65-69-68) in just her third LPGA start. The finish earned Noh, who's still only 18, a check for $63,170. "I'm just overall really happy with how I played and how I finished, too," said Noh, who played with world No.1 Amy Yang on the weekend. "It was my goal to be inside the top 10 for this week."
