T he electronic sensor built into the grip of Cobra Golf's KING F7 pairs seamlessly with a smartphone app to r eveal driving distance and statistics. There's no synchronization on your part. Just play as usual. The 4 60cc clubhead features adjustable loft and center of gravity. Its ultra-lightweight carbon fiber crown c ombines with a forged titanium, variable-thickness clubface to save weight and make way for heavier a reas low and deep to enhance mishit forgiveness. M SRP: $419 | XXIO's Prime looks stunning and luxurious with its gold ion-plated accents. And it also feels like a premium product when you're hitting it. Its lightweight titanium body sports a four-gram stainless steel weight screw in the sole while the proprietary graphite shaft is 46 inches long and tip-flexible – a combination that generates clubhead speed. In addition, a sole channel boosts clubface flexibility at impact for forgiveness, along with a deep center of gravity to help ease the ball up. MSRP: $850 | Honma Golf's Tour World TW737 has an ultra-low center of gravity for golfers seeking forgiveness and distance. Its shallow profile helps launch the ball at a high trajectory with low spin. The clubface is made of high-strength titanium used in the aerospace industry, which in this case boosts ball speed. The driver comes with two proprietary shaft options: Type-A provides carry distance and Type-Z helps workability while stabilizing the clubhead to minimize hooks. MSRP: $500 | TaylorMade's 2017 M2 features " Geocoustic" technology that combines clubhead shaping - an u ltra-light, thick-thin titanium portion of the sole is sunken - and a coustics for forgiveness and a solid i mpact sound. The design helps free up clubhead volume without raising t he center of gravity. A new Speed P ocket is three times more flexible than in the original M2, enhancing d istance. Clubhead loft is adjustable to 12 settings with a six-layer carbon composite crown. MSRP: $400 | Titleist's 917 is offered in the more- forgiving 460cc 917 D2 and deeper- faced 440cc 917 D3. Loft and lie are independently adjustable on these dark gray clubheads. "SureFit CG" interchangeable weight pods allow for adjusting ball flight to a neutral, draw or fade setting. Just orient one of them into the soleplate receptacle and lock it in. Both driver versions produce approximately 100-200 rpm less spin than their 915 predecessors, which translates to more distance. The blue clubhead looks vibrant at address, especially when contrasted by its dark clubface. Impact sounds satisfying, in t he form of a loud, crisp metallic pop.
