The Spring Series, which features seven tourneys, will run until the end of May to be followed by the Summer Series. Then it's on to the JTNC Tour Championship at Poppy Hills (July 31–August 1), where both the Girls' and Boys' Players of the Year will be crowned. Here's how the points standings stacked up as of March 24: J U N I O R T O U R 2016–2017 Season Resumes After Break L ooking ahead, JTNC players will again have chances to be on the big stage. On June 27, another 18-hole qualifier will be held at TPC Stonebrae in Hayward with the medalist earning an automatic berth into this year's Tour Ellie Mae Classic. Last year, 2013 JTNC Player of the Year Joshua McCarthy competed with the pros. The annual Challenge Cup, meanwhile, is set to return Jan. 3–4, 2018 at Poppy Hills. The most recent Cup, which features the best of the JTNC taking on the best from the PGA Southern California Junior Tour, saw eight NCAA Division I coaches come out to scout the team action.
