Changing of the Guard A joke by 2018 NCGA President Tom Bone had Immediate Past President Pat Quinn and others chuckling at December's NCGA Annual Meeting at Poppy Hills Golf Course. During the proceedings, Bone, who resides in Gold River, was officially named the 91st President of the NCGA. Among other highlights of the meeting were the seating of Vice President Gail Rogers and Secretary/Treasurer Michael Weeks, the nomination of new Board members Dr. Alfred Brown and Kevin Peyton and the appointment of Joe Huston to NCGA Chief Executive Officer. "I have a great deal of gratitude for all that I've experienced with the great game of golf," Bone said.
